Queensland Energy Provider
Provided change management services for an efficiency program aimed at improving the scoping, estimating and scheduling of projects. This included the design and development of a Change Strategy and Plan and working with the Chief Executive and Group Managers to assess impacts and drive change through effective leadership, and establishing and managing a succesful stakeholder network.
Rail Provider, Queensland
Provided change management services for a Program Governance Framework Project requiring the design, development and implementation of a governance framework to support project delivery and the effective functioning of a Program Management Office. The change management scope included the design and delivery of a Change Management Strategy and Plan, stakeholder engagement planning and implementation, leadership coaching, impact assessments and learning, training and development analysis.
Blue Care
Core Alignment assisted the Property Services divison to develop a change strategy for a capability-building programme to deliver key outcomes of a new business strategy across its sites in Queensland.
Australian Refrigeration Council
Facilitation of solutions to overcome potential productivity and cultural issues resulting from a physical split in office tenancies. The solutions focused on behaviours, processes and the physical environment.
